Beg Bugs

Residential control

We at the rodent corner are here to help you with beg bugs.

 

 

Our plan is listed below and how we handle bed bugs.

A non-refundable down payment of $100 is due for the inspection and to lock in your service date.

The $100 down payment moves over to the full payment for the service. 

The full-service price is only $800.00

After the inspection.

A Minimum of four treatments will be done 1 to 2 weeks apart. Payments are due before we come out for the appointments. We have found that this helps our customers with the payments as they are not due in full. If you can pay in full, we will Discount one of the service prices.

 

After the services.

After the four services are completed, we do one more interior treat in three months follow by one more inspection.

 

 

 

Most pest control companies have a minimum payment that is required when doing bed bugs. One of the companies I worked for had a minimum payment of $2750 for bed bug treatment with no guarantee.

                                     All in one Service 

1. We do a full inspection on the home and seal up any possible rodent entry points.
2. We do a Flea, tick and mosquito* treatment around the yard/home 
3. We remove all the spider webs that we can from the home.
4. We treat the lower perimeter and the soffits/eves and around the windows of the home to help keep pest away and off the home.
5. Last we put an ant granular around the home (about 3 ft off the house) to help reduce ants.
6. We use a rodent repellent around the home to help keep rodents away.
7. If need or you want, we treat the lower baseboards of the interior of the home to also help keep bugs out of the house. 

We use an all-natural pest control that is safe for people and pets and it latest for about 3 months**.

The cost is $250.00 dollars and out of that $250 a non-refundable down payment of $50.00 is needed to lock in your time and date. this down payment is needed the day before we roll out to the home, and the rest of the payment is required at the time of service.
