Pest Control Service
General Pest control and what is included in the services.
Removal of Spiderwebs* and hornet nest on the exterior of the property.
Inspection of the exterior of the property for any possible rodent entry points and sealing off the openings.
Insect and Bug control
When it comes to the list of bugs/insects that are controlled the best way to list it is all six-or-eight-legged bugs. (Includes cockroaches and Beg Bugs)
When it comes to hornets making nest on the soffits and eves of the property,
we remove the nest and we do a crack and crevice treatment with a liquid product to help keep them from making new nest.
Hornets that make nests in tress or in the ground, are also covered if they are on the property.
Interior treatments are included with every service at no extra cost.
If the customer feels they need it. When we do the inside, we only treat the baseboards that are accessible there is no need to move anything out of the way. (Bed Bugs is the only exception)
Exterior treatments
Exterior treatments are done on a quarterly basis (every 3 months) and product used are changed for each season.
We also use a granular around the base of the exterior to help keep insects like ants away for structure.
We also go around the windows that are reachable with a product to help keep bugs from entering the structure through any crack or crevice.
Winter Service
Winter is the only time when the weather makes a difference depending on the temperature. Temps above 40 degrees allow for spot treatments and below is rodent inspection.
Boat House or Docks
Boat houses are usually not treatable using any product as they are too close to the water, but this is where the label comes in at. The label will tell how far from the water we can treat. Web removal is fine and rodent control can also be done at boat houses.
Docks are not treatable.
